What is the minimum rental period?
Minimum rental period is 1 month.
Can I rent the apartment with tourist visa?
We accept guests with any legal visa, so short-term visas like tourist visas are no problem.
How long does the review take?
When applying for accommodation, you only need to fill in an application form and some simple information. The review will be completed within approximately 1 to 3 days.
How is the total cost calculated? Are there any additional fees?
Total cost = rent + move-out cleaning fee + refundable deposit

What is the method of rent payment?
We accept cash, bank transfer, QR code payment (Alipay, Paypay, etc.), credit card, wechat pay, etc.
If I want to cancel, when do I need to notify?
According to the lease contract, if you want to move-out early during the lease period, you must notify us one month before the move-out date. Otherwise, cancellation fee is needed.
