What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 30 days.

Are water, electricity, and gas charged separately?

Water, electricity, gas, and other utilities are included in the rent. If usage is clearly outside the normal range, such as around twice the average usage of a similar-sized household in Tokyo, we may contact you to confirm the actual usage.

Are furniture and appliances included?

Yes. Basic furniture and appliances are provided. Please check each property page for exact facilities.

How do I check availability and apply?

Choose a property, select your move-in and move-out dates on the property page, review the cost, and send an availability request. Once availability is confirmed, we will email you a formal application link.

How long does screening take?

Screening usually takes about 1–3 days, depending on the application and any required checks.

How and when do I pay rent?

Payment Methods
Online credit card, domestic Japanese bank transfer, and QR code payment methods are available.

Payment Timing
Rent may be paid monthly. The first rent payment is due on or before the move-in date. If the move-in date is the 10th or later, the first payment includes the move-in month and the following month. Subsequent monthly rent is due by the 25th of the preceding month.

Can I stay with a tourist visa?

Yes. Applicants with any valid legal visa or status may apply, including short-term stays such as tourist visas.

How much notice is required for early move-out?

If you need to move out before the agreed end date, please notify us at least one month before your desired move-out date. Charges may apply if notice is not given by the required deadline.
